Delivery Times at Queensland-Luxury

We prioritize fast, secure deliveries. Orders placed before 3 PM (AEST) on weekdays are processed the same day. Most items ship directly from suppliers, with an average delivery time of 5–10 business days.

Missed Your Delivery?

If no one is home, your parcel will be held at the courier’s depot for 7 days. The driver will notify you with pickup details. If not, contact the courier first—or email us at incpadberg@gmail.com

Incorrect Address?

Double-check your shipping details at checkout! Due to rapid processing, address corrections may not always be possible. If you spot an error, contact us immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We’re not liable for lost/stolen parcels marked "delivered" by Track & Trace. If this happens, report it within 14 days of the delivery date. The courier will investigate, and we’ll keep you updated.
