If you’ve received incorrect or defective items, email us at info@queensland-luxury.com to resolve the issue.
Not satisfied with your purchase? You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

Unused/unopened.

In their original, saleable condition (with tags/packaging intact).
Refunds:

Full refund (excluding return shipping costs).

No refunds/exchanges for used, opened, or damaged items.
How to Request a Return

Email info@queensland-luxury.com with:

Your order number.
-
Reason for return.
-
Return address.
We’ll send you a approved return form and instructions.

Package Securely:

Include the completed return form.
-
Mark the parcel "RETURN" on the outside.

Use an insured, trackable shipping service (we’re not liable for lost/damaged returns).

Ship & Notify:

Send the package to the address provided.

Email us the tracking number at info@queensland-luxury.com.

Refund Processed:

Once received, we’ll refund your payment within 5 business days.

Important Return Guidelines

Original Condition: Items must be unused, with original packaging.

Shipping Costs: Customer covers return shipping.

Traceable Returns: Untracked packages risk non-processing.

Approval Required: Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
Note: Returns are processed outside Australia (e.g., Asia). Return shipping may cost up to AUD $35, which we do not reimburse.
