Returns & Refunds at Queensland-Luxury

If you’ve received incorrect or defective items, email us at info@queensland-luxury.com to resolve the issue.

Not satisfied with your purchase? You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused/unopened.

  • In their original, saleable condition (with tags/packaging intact).

Refunds:

  • Full refund (excluding return shipping costs).

  • No refunds/exchanges for used, opened, or damaged items.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@queensland-luxury.com with:

    • Your order number.

    • Reason for return.

    • Return address.
      We’ll send you a approved return form and instructions.

  2. Package Securely:

    • Include the completed return form.

    • Mark the parcel "RETURN" on the outside.

    • Use an insured, trackable shipping service (we’re not liable for lost/damaged returns).

  3. Ship & Notify:

    • Once received, we’ll refund your payment within 5 business days.


Important Return Guidelines

  • Original Condition: Items must be unused, with original packaging.

  • Shipping Costs: Customer covers return shipping.

  • Traceable Returns: Untracked packages risk non-processing.

  • Approval Required: Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Note: Returns are processed outside Australia (e.g., Asia). Return shipping may cost up to AUD $35, which we do not reimburse.
